My name is Julius Osorio and I am excited to accept my new position as the Director here at Wildwood Canyon Villa. I have lived in Yucaipa for the past 10 years. I started at Wildwood in June of 2014 as an administrative assistant in the middle of my college career. After attending Crafton Hills College here in Yucaipa for my general education units, I transferred to California State University, Los Angeles to pursue a Bachelor of Science in business administration with an option in human resource management. I recently graduated in December 2016 and now I look to pursue a career in human resource management.
During these past three years of my life I can say Wildwood has been a wonderful support system in my personal and professional life. Now, in return, I wish to be a support system to the community here at Wildwood as an Assistant Director! Since starting here, my passion for the senior living industry has grown exponentially and my goal is to continue to enrich the lives of our residents and staff every day.
Memory Care Nurse
Candi Hull has been a member of the Yucaipa community for the last 30 years, graduating in 2000 from Redlands Adult School with her LVN.She’s worked with the senior population for 25 years and takes pride in the responsibility of making sure that residents of Wildwood Canyon Villa are treated respectfully and receive consistent, high-quality care. She cares deeply for all residents and works hard to maintain the dignity of the people both in Assisted Living and in Memory Care, taking an honest interest in their current and past lives. Candi finds that getting to know the residents, family members of residents and continually adding to the “big, happy family” setting at Wildwood,is one of the most rewarding aspects of her position.
Assisted Living Nurse
Wendy Barrera is a bilingual (English and Spanish) nurse and joined the Wildwood Canyon Villa team in 2009. She graduated from San Bernardino Valley College in 1999 with Associates degree in Liberal Arts and went on to get her LVN from Beaumont Adult School in 2008.
She has been working with the older adult population for 7 years, the last 3 in an assisted living setting. “My goal is to treat every resident with respect, provide high quality care and maintain their dignity. I found a passion for assisted living when I came to work at Wildwood. It has been very rewarding for me to get to know our families and form amazing relationships with our residents.”
